The Coastal Villas Collection represents the culmination of a decade-long pursuit of architectural excellence on the Malibu coastline. Each of the twelve villas has been positioned to maximize panoramic ocean views while maintaining absolute privacy. The design language draws inspiration from mid-century modernism, reinterpreted with contemporary materials and a deep respect for the natural landscape.

The development spans 4.2 acres of terraced hillside, with each villa occupying a unique footprint that responds to the site's topography. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, while cantilevered terraces appear to float above the Pacific. Locally quarried stone, sustainably harvested timber, and hand-finished plaster create a material palette that is both timeless and rooted in place.

Completion of the project in 2023 marked a significant milestone for our firm, solidifying our reputation as a leader in boutique luxury development.
